Help turning!
Hi! I’m new to inline and just skating in general, I’ve been on a pair of skates maybe 3 times in my life prior to this week. I bought a pair of K2 LT trio boas and have been out on them every day for about a week now. I’m a lot more comfortable getting around, but I’m trying to learn parallel turns and its killin me! I can do the A frame turn pretty well but I’ve heard in videos and stuff that its not a very good way to do it. I’m trying to learn all my fundamentals etc and I’m pretty stuck with parallel turns. I can do them when my lead foot is on the outside but I’ve also heard thats not a good way to do it. I recorded my session today and cropped down a video of about 4 minutes just of me trying parallel turns, so if anyone is open to helping me out I can send the video over private message.
