Hello, I frequently see posts on here looking for third spaces or people to hang out with, I thought I'd mention that there's a chess club that meets at the Whataburger on Trimmier every Wednesday at 7. They've been doing this for like, 30 years, so they're not going anywhere. Everybody here is very nice, very respectful, and of varying ages. I bring my 3 kids. Even if you don't know how to play, we'd be happy to teach. If you do know how to play, there are some very experienced folks here who can show you some cool tricks.
