just getting inti this stuff anybody have any idea howni can learn more about alk there is to know, youtubers, vlogs, ect..

i recently got a baofeng UV-25 V2 and id like to route a cabke into an antenna so that it isnt rught in my face and rather in the back of my plate, the problem is i have no clue what adapters if any aee needed ir whag cable i shoukd use as im very new to comms, anybody got ang suggestions / help?
