Hi. I am GSR of my group and we have an Area assembly coming up this fall. One proposal coming to the assembly is expanding Article 3 protection to the first 164.

Our DCM said we’d need 3/4 written consent from all the groups to change anything. However I went to a regional forum and someone said we’d need 3/4 written consent from all the groups who respond to the proposed change. That makes a big difference, so which is it? And what’s yalls opinion on expanding that protection to the 1st 164? Thanks!
