Need advice - Struggling with Fumbling for simple questions

I am not a native english speaker.

I fumble a lot in English.

I am practicing STAR for my interviews.

But I noticed this even when I deal with simpler questions.

ChatGPT advised me to practice Think > Deliver Sentence > THink > Deliver sentence method.

And once started - complete the sentence.

NEVER THINK OF IMPROVING SENTENCE.

This makes a lot of sense to me.

In my life I do try to improve everything, before finishing.

Now is this the right thing to do - Is there any frameworks that I should follow for this?

Are there anyone else fighting this issue.

Should I limit STAR method answer to 1 minute?

My articulation sucks.

Though I have done high impact projects, articulating this has been an issue.

Usually my answers end up in 3-4 minutes continuous talking without structure.

When we follow STAR method - whats the ideal duration of response? 1 minute or 2 minutes?

When I keep the answers detailed - its going above 3 minutes.

Should I cut down the details for the initial response and wait for follow ups?

16 km away from Kanakpura town (on highway) - quoting 2750 per sq ft.

Someone just shared details of plot quoting 2750 per sq ft, 16km south of Kanakpura.

It's a plotted development project and not a premium builder. 1km away from the highway - but aereal distance to highway will be only 200 meters.

Wondering why the price is too high - even after 80km from Bangalore.

Is it because of the airport rumors/plans?

Did my research and I couldn't find a rate less than 4k per sq ft, before Kanakpura.
