First to DM gets them

Looking for some help with this situation if anyone has any insight.

We are a franchise location for a large corporation. A disgruntled customer from a different location that we have no affiliation with is spamming reviews across every franchise location they can find on Google.

• Their own review states they were not a customer of our location but are complaining about our parent company.
• Their review advertises their own TikTok account.
• These reviews are copy/pasted across various accounts. We have provided screenshots showing the duplicated reviews.
• This person has texted and left voicemails demanding payouts to stop leaving the reviews. We have provided these items during appeal.

We have reported and appealed these reviews multiple times for the reasons outlined above. After months of trying, they were finally removed last week -- only for the same person to leave the same reviews again this week.

How are we supposed to resolve this?
