Terrible experience with Femi9 — ordered in February, still waiting in August

I ordered two pairs of footwear from Femi9 back in February and paid upfront. It’s August now and one of the pairs has still not even arrived.

The other pair I received was the wrong size, didn’t fit, and the quality was honestly terrible. When I contacted their team about it, their response was basically that I should have done something to the pair so that they could send me another one. 🤦🏻‍♀️
Imagine paying for a product and being told you should damage it first if you want a replacement. 😂

Six months, one missing order, one unusable pair and an absolutely ridiculous customer service experience.
Sharing this so others think twice before ordering from Femi9.
