My Instagram account got disabled/suspended. I have already submitted an appeal / verification request but status is still not clear.

Has anyone faced this before? Kya kisi ka account aise case me wapas aaya hai? Kitna time laga?
Koi help kar sakta hai kya or any idea what I should do next?

Any chance it can still be recovered after some time?
