Peer review in "world psychiatry" journal?

All that I can find on their website are author guidelines with a statement that "All submissions should be made by email to the Editor". So is there any process of blinded review included or just editorial corrections? It's currently the highest impact journal in psychiatrics after all, apologies if I missed something obvious...

One bootfitter told me recently that he prefers to start fitting the boot from molding the shell, and possibly then heat-up the liner as a last resort. The reason being that the liner beats up with time anyways so better not rush this process.

But, if you punch the shell first, will the liner not become too loose later on? Or, asking alternatively: if I relieve some spots by heat-molding the liner, will it get even looser after some time? I'd assume that heat molding the liner just speeds up this process, so that once it's initially compressed, it won't go much more beyond that. Curious of your experiences here.
