SDSU Nursing School

Hey, so I'm an incoming freshman at SDSU and my current major is public administration but I am 100% sure I want to change majors. I initially wanted to switch to urban planning but now I kinda want to go into nursing but I'm not sure what my best option is. Transferring to SDSU's nursing major seems pretty difficult with all the prereqs and the competitive admission process, so I was thinking about just changing my major to biology or something and doing an accelerated nursing program but then that seems expensive with getting a degree and then doing 1.5 years more. I'm open to anything but I'm just trying to figure out what my best options are so any help would be appreciated!

Weber Honors College

Hey, so I got into the honors college and I’m trying to decide if it’s worth it. I plan on majoring in Urban Studies and I’ve always assumed I’d get a minor in French just because I’m really passionate about it, but the required honors minor in interdisciplinary studies is really holding me back from wanting to join the honors program. I’ve seen a lot of people recommend to just try it and drop out of the honors program if it’s not a good fit, but I don’t want to waste my time in honors classes and then be stressed trying to meet my major and new minor requirements. Also I’m curious if the honors scholarships are anything worth weighing into my decision. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
