Husband refusing to give my half of income tax money
Me (34f) and still husband (37) are separating/starting divorce proceedings. I had to call 911 today because he got physical today and police showed up. They got our info but nothing else.
He kicked me out of our placed as called me a “maldita naca” would me like (fcking ratchet) and you better be out by the morning because I never want to see you again. And I’m sleeping on our balcony tonight because he is trying to make me feel guilty for calling the cops.
Problem here is that ever since we got out tax return he has refused to give me my half hour f it. Even though all deductions were because of me (PhD studen, counselor at a school with my own practice on the side) it’s not much, its not a lot but it’s still money .
Wondering if anyone has some idea on what can be done about this kind of cases (or even if Montgomery county would take cases for this amount).
