How good would the Dodgers have been in 2024 and 2025 without Shohei Ohtani?
Shohie had undeniably historic seasons in 2024 and 2025. But I was curious if you removed Ohtani from both the 2024 and 2025 Dodgers, how much would their regular-season record and postseason outlook actually change? Given their overall roster construction, elite pitching (when healthy), depth, and stars like Betts and Freeman, would they still be clear World Series favorites? Or was Ohtani's production the difference between being a great team and a historically dominant one?
