I feel there are those instances of youtube drama where you look at it, and say "...this is what people are upset about?"
The drama didn't involve anyone getting exposed for some crime, being revealed as a terrible person, or anything like that. It was just very silly and stupid in the grand scheme of things, and yet it pissed off so many people.
Whether it's taught via TM/HM, or just a natural level-up move doesn't matter. As long as it's a worthwhile pick in the long run is all that matters.
Also, because there's a wide (if dated) move pool for these games, I'll probably just do a Top 3 for each category. For the sake of variety.
