I remember smelling D&G Devotion Pour Homme EDP back when it first released; Thought it was disappointing, left the tester strip in my car and forgot about it. Got in my car the next day and it was like my nose couldn’t stop seeking it! Complete 180! I had a similar experience with Hermes H24 (though it took longer to come around to) and lately I’ve been regretting having sold off a bottle of Bvlgari black I had some years ago. Curious to hear about others’ experiences with scents that were borderline awful but eventually climbed to the top of their collection. * perfume emoji *
