I'm writing a book
Idk if this belongs here but last time I checked I'm a teen in SL
I once woke up early in the morning for no reason whatsoever and this idea to write a book suddenly crossed my mind. It may have been the high of waking up so early but I genuinely have nothing else to do so I started anyway. I wanna be a publishing author but idk shit Abt the field at all other than having read a cpl books in my entire 17 yrs of life.
The story is about a weird ahh highschool and a sitcom-like view on everything that happens there. Despite being a painfully normal school, smth weird happens occasionally. Sometimes it's a zombie apocalypse or maybe a gay vampire that doesn't even go here or maybe a study group from an Alien planet that came to earth to do an assignment and unfortunately got caught by the main characters. I know I sound high but I sincerely believe that humour doesn't have to be sane all the time. Anyway should I keep writing or should I just force myself to study cz being a writer isn't for me?

Mei was nervous, hands shaking like they've seen what hard work looks like when you actually care, when you actually try. She was sitting in the middle of the biggest auditorium the city has ever seen, her name about to be called by the president for being the highest achieving teenager in the country. What did she do, one may ask, to which mei would reply, your mother.....
