$2600 for a bed that creaks and customer service that ghosts you certainly is something.

Posting this because apparently Thuma's website isn't allowing new reviews.

I bought a Thuma bed with pillowboard years ago. It was amazing, quiet, and sturdy. I eventually sold it to upgrade to a Cali king, and this time, went with the version with headboard/padding.

The bed creaks every single time I get on and off it - both the joints and the slats. This is after multiple reassemblies per the instructions, and adding felt padding to the joints and contact points for the slats. I contacted customer service, got what looks like it was an automatic AI response, and have since been ghosted for 12 days.

From the response on this subreddit, it seems like my experience isn't too common, but it's worth knowing that it is well within the realm of possibility when you're spending up to $2600 on this product.
