I bought my new white dial Moonwatch 3861, it’s beautiful, comfy, and the boutique staff were marvellous. However within 2 days of wearing the watch sporadically loses time throughout the day. I woke up this morning with it 2 hours gone, wound back to full as I did both previous mornings, and within an hour it had lost 5 minutes. I’ll take it back to the boutique, I’m sure they’ll be gracious, but it is very disappointing. I’m still pleased, but feel pretty sad.

How long will my new treasure be away for repairs?
