Anyone else post op get that severe motion sickness "roller coaster" like motion sickness/vertigo? For me seems to come if I over stack food or eat too much or too fast?

How do you deal with it and prevent it?

It comes when I least expect it and some days I might not feel I ate too full. For comparison The motion sickness feels 10x more worse than the bile acid diarrhea I occasionally get .
