6 weeks in. The fatigue is real.

On Tuesday I took my second 5mg dose. The weight loss and appetite control have been excellent since I started, but this this week the fatigue is catching up to me and work has been brutal for me. Ive heard that fatigue could be a side effect and I just wanted to see how many of yall have dealt with this and if it goes away over time? Im eating enough calories so that shouldn't be the problem.

Just ordered 3 months from Gimme. I didnt have a choice of which pharmacy?

I guess I misunderstood what I read while researching and I wasnt able to choose like I thought I would. I was able to get the dose I wanted but now im curious which pharmacy will be filling the script. I know its tirzepatide w/ B12. Does anybody here have any idea which pharmacy it might be? I tried looking in my portal amd couldn't find any info. Hope the doctor will respond in the chat.

Edit I just checked the shipping info and the pharmacy is in Tomball, TX, so, I believe the pharmacy is Greenwich.

How many calories are yall eating?

Im 5'8" my start weight was 216lbs and my goal weight is 160lbs. I was at 2.5mg for 4 weeks, and today I had my first shot at 5mg. Im tracking my calories every day and Ive already lost about 15lbs. I'm feeling great on my new diet. So far, I usually average around 1800 calories per day over a 7 day period. I see some people In this group talk about eating WAY less calories. I would think that those people are all losing muscle mass as well as fat, right? Im sure it depends on height and weight tho. So im curious, what kind of calorie intake are yall getting and what are your results?

Edited to add: I guess I should mention that I'm 35 and I'm a man. Im reasonably active throughout the day but I rarely exercise. Im an electrician so I rarely get to sit down while I'm at work. I typically average 12k steps a day over a week (usually far less on the weekends.) Some days I have 1600-1700 calories but I just dont see how I could get much lower than that without losing muscle and being unhealthy.

This stuff is a miracle. I just started on 4/14 and I'm down nearly 10lbs just on the starting 2.5mg dose (BPI). It has made it SO much easier to make good choices with food. Normally I eat like an absolute moron lol. I have problems with substance abuse (clean for over 9 months now!) and have been I using food to get my dopamine. Now, I've been able to get on a steady diet of healthy food and its so much easier to avoid the junk food I usually crave. Im counting my calories with MyFitnessPal and I'm actually enjoying this new lifestyle. Still working a few kinks out. The weekends are tough because im not busy with work and I definitely experience some cravings but im finally able to manage them. Sorry if this post is kinda pointless but I'm just so happy and wanted to share with y'all. This community is awesome and has been such a great resource for me.
