Looking for Builder(s) to Finish A Small City

I have a bedrock world with addons, primarily focused on trains. I was inspired to build a small city for these trains, and got about halfway through before running out of steam (pun intended).

The current goal is a complete, functional skeleton of all the city’s buildings. There are 41 buildings that need to be finished, ranging in size from 11x8 to 30x45, some with irregular shapes.

Each building needs only a minimal amount of detail; a polished exterior and a plain interior floor plan. Interior details are not necessary at this time. See the attached images for what I consider "completed" buildings, pulled directly from the city itself.

Payment of up to $20 is available to the individual or team that completes the work.

Options for Realm/Server With Lots of Entities

I have realm for myself and a friend on Creative mode. We’re running quite a few addons, but the most relevant are Lifeboat’s Trains and Podcrash’s Trains - because we’re train nerds. We’re creating our own towns / cities to connect by train

Problem is, we have a lot of entities, mostly train yards filled with engines and rail cars. It creates a lot of server-side lag; the trains stutter as they move, and it starts looking like a slideshow. Deleting the entities isn’t really an option in the long term, as we’re only just starting with our plans and the lag is already pretty severe.

I am considering migration from a realm to another server platform, or even building my own server to run this world for better performance. Any suggestions on what services to use? Or other performance-boosting tips?

Thanks!
