I ordered a Sidephone last week a couple of days later and after the order confirmation email, I received an email titled "A shipment from order X is on the way" I took this to be the dispatch notification. It's been a few days since that email the tracking hasn't been updated, and I also don't have a tracking number. Does anyone know if this email is actually a dispatch notification?

I understand it's only a couple of months after June when they were scheduled to be shipped to customers who preordered, and there seemed to be a lot of confusion around that. I'm not trying to be impatient, I can wait, I'm just genuinely really excited about it.
