I currently have a non optics ready P10F.

I am stuck deciding if I want to mill my current slide or swap it out for one of these. It does say it is missing additional components, wondering what those components are and cost?

Does it make sense (money wise) to go milling route, I could add ports as well?

Looking to buy a scope mainly for practice/plinking, eyeing the 1-8 Vortex strike fire.

Wondering if there is another option that are better like a vortex crossfire rimfire?

Wondering what would be considered a good price point and necessary features to have like threaded barrel etc.
