Just acquired my 2nd froggy a few days ago. I've been stumped on what to name her. Any suggestions?

Would you replace this tire? I got new tires about 6 month ago, I noticed this small bubble on the front passenger last night. I know bubbles aren't good and could be a big blow out risk. Although, my dad who is a car mechanic is telling me it's fine? Please tell me your opinions. I have major car anxiety and it's stressing me out 🙃
