Looking for advice on how to go about repairing subfloor under toilet

Thought the wax ring needed to be replaced, but when I removed the toilet I noticed it wasn’t actually bolted to anything. In addition to the toilet leaking, there was also a leak coming from the shower handles (now fixed) that caused damage to the subfloor and walls in the living room below. Is there a way to repair this from below and anchor the toilet to something so I don’t have to rip up all those small tiles underneath the big ones and completely redo the entire bathroom floor? There’s a lot going on under there with some crazy looking patch work, wire, and concrete… I have no idea where to start.
