I haven't talked to him since I was ~12 years old, my parents divorced when I was 12, I'm 27 now. My mom and I were temporarily housed by witness protection before the divorce (no new identity or anything, they just had us live in a hotel for a little bit and then helped us move permanently) The last time I saw him was last year at my brother's wedding and he wasn't allowed to speak to me and followed that.
