I'm sharing my fanfic with you

Hey everyone!

I just published a short fic where Gojo and Geto are professional cyclists competing for a second-tier team in Europe.

It’s a pretty quick read for now, but it’s actually the starting point for a much bigger and more ambitious project I’m planning—I have so many ideas for these two in the cycling world! Since this is my very first JJK AU, I’m a bit nervous about how well I captured their dynamic.

If you give it a read and have any thoughts or suggestions, I’d love to hear them! Hope you enjoy it!!!

I'm sharing with you the fanfic I wrote

Hello everyone!

I wrote this story because of the deep need Satoru felt after losing Suguru, his soulmate, and how that loss plunged him into a silent depression and unresolved grief.

Summary:

«After being forced to say his last goodbye to Suguru, Satoru Gojo keeps his loneliness hidden behind a mask of loud smiles. He is the strongest man in the world, yet is completely incapable of filling the absolute void that gnaws at his chest.»

If you enjoy character studies focused on emotional pain, grief, and the psychological burden of being "the strongest," I invite you to read it.

I would love your opinions!

Which song reminds you of Xena and Gabrielle?

I'm working on a Xena and Gabrielle fanfic inspired by a song I love, and that got me thinking about whether other fans of this ship have any songs that remind them of them. 😊

Favorite SatoSugu/SuguSato Sports AUs? (Working on a cycling AU!) 🚴

Happy Friday, everyone!!!

I’m currently plotting a long-form sports AU centered on Gojo and Geto as professional road cyclists (I have a short prequel up, but the main story is a huge labor of love!). Since this is my very first time tackling an AU, I’m really curious to explore how other writers adapt their dynamic to different athletic settings.

If you’ve read any SatoSugu / SuguSato sports AUs, which sports were they in, and what did you enjoy most about how their dynamic was portrayed? I’d love to dive into some great reads and see how the fandom handles their chemistry in the sports world!

Thanks in advance for any recs or thoughts!

SatoSugu's elective affinities

In his 1809 novel, Elective Affinities, Johann Wolfgang von Goethe employed a chemical metaphor to describe human relationships: just as certain chemical compounds freely break apart when coming into contact with a substance for which they feel a superior attraction or affinity, human subjectivities are reconfigured when colliding with irresistible affective forces. Applying this concept to the bond between Satoru Gojo and Suguru Geto transforms their tragic divergence from an ideological rift into an inevitable chemical reaction of polarities.

At the outset, Gojo and Geto operate as a system in equilibrium. They were, in their own words, "the strongest." However, this balance was not static, but reactive. Geto's figure functioned as Gojo's catalyst and moral anchor: the substance containing the boundless and chaotic potential of the "Limitless." In turn, Gojo represented to Geto the mirror of an absolute ideal, a force against which to measure the nature of the jujutsu world.

The intrusion of trauma—embodied in the Star Plasma Vessel incident and the subsequent assimilation of non-sorcerer suffering—acts as the new reagent that alters the compound. According to Goethe's principle, affinity is not a submissive force; it is a destructive and transformative natural law. Geto's disillusionment and his subsequent shift toward extremism do not destroy his affinity with Gojo, but rather reconfigure it in a tragic way. By redefining his principles, Geto bonds with a new idea of justice, which forces a physical separation from Gojo while heightening their symbolic polarity.

Gojo and Geto do not cease to attract each other even when positioning themselves on opposing sides. Their dynamics demonstrate that elective affinity does not guarantee a harmonious resolution; at times, it is an attraction so profound that it demands the complete reconstruction of the entities involved. Gojo's isolation at the pinnacle and Geto's martyrdom are two sides of the very same reaction—one that reached its end, yet left behind indissoluble residues.

I know, maybe it's a far-fetched idea, but... I don't think I'll ever get over these two. 🥹
