Doesn't this panel sequence make it seem like gojo meeting geto in the afterlife equals that he won?

It always felt to me that the "gojo won" panel right before the next chapter was very intentional by gege. I mean sure he probably paced it for shock value before the next chapter and to keep fans on the edge of their seat, but if you think about it, gojo did win

1. He met his baby whom he longed for for years

2. Successfully fulfilled his dream of raising a strong generation

3. Got rid of the higher ups

4. Died on his own terms: to a strong opponent who gave him the best fight of his life instead of dying of old age

5. Did not die alone and died with no regrets

Except for the "completely satisfied" cause geto wasn't there, gojo pretty much got everything he wanted.

Gojo remains spoiled by gege

Does anyone else just look like this when someone uses the "they're best friends" argument to hate on satosugu? Surprise, surprise: most(not all) people who are in relationships also used to be friends at first! Like how does that even make the ship less valid?😭

I hope this doesn't break the no negativity rule, but if it does feel free to lock/remove this post, I honestly just wanted to rant a little about how dumb the "they're best friends" argument is

Ted Talk- I lost my mind and decided to hold theoretical conversations in Japanese with Gemini, posing as high school guy who has a “親友” (shinyu) and asking why he might say that and what it means blah blah. It asked how close was close, talked about physical contact, how he treats me vs others etc etc

Google is giving me relationship advice xD But what it got to was a point I was already looking at- how they act alone vs with others. It reinforces the idea of the silent, extremely private boundary that Gege established between them and the reader. It’s purposeful. We’re getting into deeper things and I’m using my already existing cultural experiences, including dating experiences. I’m mostly just amused at this point. Also, this would make a hilarious au fic.
