Have had this guy for a couple decades, but never knew WHAT I actually had.

If I read my research right, the Liger Zero X is a variant of the Empire edition (like how Jager, Schneider and Panzer are variants of the Liger Zero), hense its red tail and gold under tones, but doesn't actually appear in any anime's. Its wiki description makes me sad I don't get to see it in action. 😕

They are now running wild for me. 🤷‍♂️🫩

Have no idea what got updated/changed, but it's not just port vehicles anymore. It's like somebody forgot to set the parking brake or something. They slowly run off backwards.

Where there's Smoke, there's Fire[fox].

Honestly, the first time I saw one of these here, I thought it was simply a neat custom paint set. Imagine my surprise when I found out it was a legit different model.

The White Liger is Here!

I can finally get a 1:1 size comparison to my motorized model from decades ago. Spoiler alert; I'm fairly certain they are nearly the same size. I've seen a post recently that showed the scale size of the motorized variants and it was 1/72, same as these HMM's, so yeah, roughly the same size.

When it comes to Liger (Zero, X, Empire) paws...

Off the tree, they are molded together. My question is; has anyone ever separated each claw from one another for more dexterity? My motorized variants have individual claws, but I was shocked to see that the HMM's don't come separated already due to how flexible and poseable they are. So yeah, is this a customization anyone has done, and if so, do you recommend separating them or just leaving them as is?

Liger Zero Jager, CAS complete!

Still in the newbie mindset, this guy was a lot of fun to build. Didn't understand the point of some parts being split into 2 or 3 pieces, but it didn't take away from the joy. On to the next!

Epic levels of Awesomeness already!

Might be just because this is my first build in the HMM lineup, but to say I'm impressed by what this model can do for poses is an understatement! 🤯

Checking out the new guy (as only cats would).

HMM Jager in hand, and Liger Zero from '02 on the right.
