Terminated from Project Lyra just for asking a preventive question about inactive background processes (NordVPN)

Hi everyone,
I’m writing this out of sheer frustration because I was just terminated from Project Lyra for trying to be honest and compliant with the rules. I’m hoping u/WelocSupport or someone from management can look into this ridiculous misunderstanding.
Here is what happened: I noticed that even though my NordVPN app was completely turned off, there were still two idle NordVPN background services running in Windows task manager (but not during work). Wanting to make sure everything was 100% safe and that I wouldn't trigger any automated flags, I opened a ticket to ask support if these inactive background processes could be a problem.
Instead of getting a reply or an explanation, I was immediately terminated from the project. It seems like support didn't even bother to read my question and just assumed I was using a VPN.
To clarify: I have NEVER used a VPN while working. The app was completely disabled, and my IP/geolocation has always been consistent and authentic. I was literally punished just for asking a preventive question. Since the termination, support has been completely ghosting me and ignoring my follow-up tickets.
I have now completely uninstalled the software and all its background processes to avoid any issues. I kindly ask the Welocalize team to manually review my actual IP logs and reinstate my account.

My original ticket number is: #1103682
Has anyone else experienced something like this? Any advice on how to get a real human to actually read my appeal?
