Roommates both work two jobs but are respectful when coming home at night and tend to spend days off to themselves
There’s access to a shared backyard, roof, and laundry in the basement
Located off of the Dekalb L and a 10 min walk to the M

Room has a big window that looks into the backyard so it’s decently quiet, big closet, high ceilings
Rent is $1100 a month + utilities

Preferably femme and/or LGBTQ! Looking for someone responsible and respectful of the common space
No pets :( two cats are more than enough sorry
