It's been a quite smooth experience for me but for the last 5 days there's a tinkering sound coming from the bike. It is surely coming from the front section but it seems like it can't be fixed. I visited the service centre but they also couldn't fix it. What should I do? Have anyone of you experienced the same thing?

So there's a tinkering sound coming from the bike when I ride in a road with a lot of potholes.
I don't know what is causing this sound. It's irritating.
Around 10 days back, I got my tank filled, and it is giving me a mileage of around 40 km/l. But the first time I filled the tank, it gave me a mileage of around 25 km/l.
The mileage of 40 feels quite unbelievable to me because it has only been around 17 days since we got the Hunter 350, and it hasn’t even had its first service yet.
The only difference between the first and second mileage readings is that I changed the petrol pump. The first time, I filled the tank at a different petrol pump where petrol cost ₹95 per litre. The second time, I filled the tank at a completely different station where the fuel cost ₹103 per litre. I didn’t pay much attention to it at the time, but when I was reading the newspaper today, I saw that the petrol price in my area was around ₹102.
So why did it cost me more 10 days back, and why did that petrol give me much better mileage?
I lent my bike to a friend who, unfortunately, doesn't know how to maintain it. He rode over speed bumps in fifth gear and immediately gave it full throttle every time, often exceeding 100 kmph when it was completely unnecessary.
Will this kind of riding damage the bike, especially with its first service due soon?
Government has set new standards for petrol, E30 is here.
Will there be any problem if we use E30 fuel in our E20 fuel variants?
