So I did what some people have recommended before and got my ferritin checked, turns out it's on the low end. I cant find the posts saying what this means or what the next steps are unfortunately but i know getting that fixed is supposed to help. Does anybody offhand remember?

(Side note: i am diagnosed pots already but ive tried a couple meds and they seem to only be helping the heartrate issue not the other effects of pots so I wanted to look into other reasons I feel so bad all the time)

Anyone find a good one? Im wanting to apply for disability but i wanted to make sure i had a lawyer first but I dont know the first thing about doing this, I just know I need to.

Does anyone know any good ADJUSTABLE compression waist wraps? I see jellibands all the time but theyre not adjustable, theyre bound to stretch out from use eventually. Especially after being washed. I want a compression waist wrap but I dont know any tried and true brands
