4060Ti 16gb broke under warrenty and they are offering me a 5060 Ti 8gb

Topic: 3,000 ELO cs2 FACEIT player (if this information helps) with some graphics issues, I also stream on twitch with good settings daily for friends and others who want to join so thats my main USE of wanting a graphis card.

Hey guys I have a really important question: my pc broke under standard guarantee and I had a 16gb 4060 Ti VRAM which I was happy with, but they dont have it in stock anymore and they are offering me a newer card but only with 8gb VRAM a 5060 Ti.

I never had any lag or issues thats why I bought a 16gb vram card in the first place. I wanted zero issues ingame as well as streaming while playing the game.

There is only really 3 options that they gave me.

  1. Take the card and move on
  2. They said I have to pay the difference which is like 300 euro (which i dont have, i wasnt prepared for this cost) which is really not in my favor and im pretty sure I have the legal on my side.
  3. Go to the consumer organisation here in Spain, the process can take a few months and I am pretty sure I will win.

As a consumer why would i want a 8gb when I have a 16gb vram, and I dont feel its my problem if they dont have it in stock? its a huge e-sports company here in Spain.

So my question is more like how much VRAM do you actually think I use? And what would you do in my exact situation? Ive been without pc already 2 weeks and its annoying.
