I need help and advice

I am 5"11 88 kgs age 18 and I am looking to start intermittent fasting. I used to do 1 good breakfast meal and 1 meal at dinner but I see no result even after controlling food. My main goal here is to get lean while having muscles but I am only able to increase my muscle building and the weight is still same. I was thinking of doing only 1 meal a day at afternoon so I'd like to know for tips and plan or guidance will be appreciated. I am pure vegitarian and I don't eat eggs either.
