Im asking this bcz there are people working in my store from 6months or more, but there are no full time associates in my store everyone is a part timer, im getting less hours not just me everyone except atl tl is getting very normal hours is this with every store out there?
So finally after after working in very toxic places i luckily got a job here(part-time),
So my manager was telling me im in probation period for 3months, but i was checking my employment confirmation letter nothing has mentioned as probation or temporary it says in status coloum as hourly part-time.
Whats the average hours a store gets in general is it okay to rely on this job or do i still need to be worried about employment (not boasting myself) im really hard worker i always try to complete tasks on time i never say no to any work.
Regarding the Ipod training i swear to god i was really paying attention few questions are genuinely not mentioned in the training video for example the backdoor closing time or something it was 5pm but it was never mentioned in that training i failed the quiz first time and i cleared it second time.
And any tips to impress the manager at work so that i will successfully be in.
