my 3 month contract ends on June 1. the manager recently left a paper in the lunchroom asking employees to share their preferred vacation dates, pending approval.
I have two vacation days so far they say but my contract ends soon and I’m not sure if I should just ask for cash instead?

I tried to ask the very rude manager if my contract going to be extended and he said it’s upto corporate.

Nothing is $1 anymore.

Feels more like Five-below!

I always avoid this location due to one employee. She works there during the week during the day shift. On multiple occasions, this employee has made comments about returning baskets and has visibly upset other customers and staff. I have seen her be blatantly rude to customers for going to the wrong fill or not placing their items down “appropriately” at the cash.

One time when I witnessed another staff member become visibly upset after an encounter with her and even made a comment about how uncomfortable she was. Her behaviour has made shopping at this location uncomfortable, to the point where I now avoid this store if I see her working.

Has anyone else experience the same with this employee? Her name is Rosemary.

Hey all. Has anyone had the cans of tuna you can get at Dollarama! It’s a big part of my diet and wondering if I can save some $$ getting it here. Just curious if it is good compared to other canned tuna. Thanks in advance!

I've noticed every few minutes over the speakers it will play some canned messages like "security to aisle 3" or "security check camera 6"

I don't know who they are fooling since dollarama barely ever has enough staff to check people out let alone have actual security that would be so ontop of things. I guess its some half baked theft deterrent.

hi everyone, just wondering if anyone has had any experience with dollarama alarm clocks. my boyfriend was hit by the apple ghost alarm this morning and we’ve both had enough so i was wondering if they’re any good.

Im asking this bcz there are people working in my store from 6months or more, but there are no full time associates in my store everyone is a part timer, im getting less hours not just me everyone except atl tl is getting very normal hours is this with every store out there?
