Atom Whey Flavours — Which One Is Actually Good? Need Reviews

Tried the French Vanilla. It’s decent, but not the kind of flavor you crave daily. Slightly sweet, smooth with milk, average with water.

Now I’m confused between these:

Chocolate Hazelnut

Cafe Mocha

Belgian Chocolate

Mango (if anyone tried it)

Need honest reviews on:

taste accuracy

sweetness level

mixability

aftertaste

which one gets boring fastest

Goal is daily use during lean bulk, so I need something drinkable long term.

▲ 7 r/prediabetes+1 crossposts

I’m 25M from southern part of India and recently got my HbA1c checked again. My trend looks like this:

May 2025: 6.3

Sep 2025: 5.4

May 2026: 7.0

So I basically went from prediabetic → normal → diabetic range.

The strange part is that during Sep 2025, I was eating much cleaner and mostly following a millet-based diet with controlled meals. I was also more active consistently.

Over the last several months, my routine slipped:

No workouts

more processed food

worse sleep

probably overeating at times

Now I’m trying to aggressively fix this before it becomes permanent.

Current questions:

Is flavored whey protein okay for HbA1c/glucose control if low sugar?

Better with water or milk?

Do whole eggs spike glucose significantly?

Are egg whites better?

Did anyone here reduce HbA1c mainly through diet + lifting + walking?

I already plan to:

restart resistance training ( Started it's been a month)

increase steps

cut junk/sugary foods

return to structured eating

Would appreciate advice from people who successfully brought HbA1c down naturally, especially younger people.
