Changing residency from OOS to in-state
Hi guys I'm planning on applying for a residency change and wanted to know if other first years have been able to get the change for their second year. Paying +80k a year is just not feasible anymore. I've been told it's notoriously difficult because the registrar has no incentive to approve the change. Please let me know if you've been successful (or not) so I don't lose hope.
