Is this a woodland kingfisher?

This little guy has been visiting my place recently. I have many woodland kingfishers around me, but this one looks and sounds a bit different despite the similar wings. Also he’s very docile and unafraid, I actually managed to pat it on the back gently. I thought it was sick and can’t fly but the next day he was on my balcony (3rd floor)

[WTS] Older PC Hardware Lot (Towers, Monitors, Keyboards) – Pickup in Kantamanto. 5000 GHS

I have a bunch of older desktop PC hardware left behind by a previous commercial tenant that I need to clear out. I do not have the time to sort, test, or check individual specs, so everything is being sold together completely as-is for parts or repair.

What's in the pile: (see attached pics)
• 5x Desktop Towers (Dell / HP)
• 2x Screens / Monitors
• Assorted keyboards, mice, and a UPS

Price: 5000 GHC (DM if serious)

Well I guess that’s one reason to go back to Fitbit

Looking at the Vo2 max measures, On Fitbit, I’m a champion athlete. On Apple Watch, I’m a couch potato

Does Syncing with Apple Health mean that I can now use an Apple Watch as my device and Google health (Fitbit) as my app?

I was thinking of this the other day and it seems like the best of both worlds ? (Apple Watch superior sensors, Fitbit better app)

Do you guys have plans for you BTC if you accidentally got hit by a bus?

I'm accumulating BTC and I've reached a level where it's no longer a hobby side saving but a substantial part of our family savings. The problem is that my children are young and my wife will not in a million year fiddle with my binance account and passkeys (or self custody wallet, Base in my case), and I worry what will happen if I got hit by a bus. I would love ideas from you guys about how you're planning for this (if at all)
