AIO or should I trust my BF with his explanation???
For context,
I went on a trip with my Mom, Sister, Two nieces of mine (over age) and my stepdad/stepbrother.
The trip we went to was a family event in Texas.
For the most part everything went well. The night of the party is what changed
My niece and my bf were the most tipsy, I did notice they both went to the their rooms around the same time. (Could me coincidence, I’ll never know) my mom noticed it too.
We all sat at a round table with four chairs. He basically sat inbetween me and her.
He was honestly being a bit rude to me for not wanting to keep drinking, whatever I took it.

my souls literally told me to look under the table and both of her feet were on top of his.
she noticed when I look and I saw her internally freak out.
My beef at the end of the day is not with her. She is younger than us and in my opinion she’s dumb and was looking for attentions and unfortunately it turned out to be my man. I don’t think she’s like in love but after this I know she’s at least attracted to him.
I basically confronted him and that whole night he was fighting bad with me. I let it go mowing he was drunk.
We’ve spoken about it and he says he simply didn’t notice or realize that it happened. He says he loves me and it wasn’t his intention but it’s hard for me to understand this answer.
Please tell me the truth
