Indian business owners: what’s a daily problem you’d actually pay software to solve?

I work in tech and have been thinking of building a small SaaS product focused on Indian businesses.

Most startup discussions online are around huge ideas or AI wrappers, but I feel there are probably many smaller day-to-day problems that people would actually pay to solve.

So wanted to ask business owners/operators here:

What’s one recurring problem in your business that still feels unnecessarily manual, frustrating, or time-consuming?

Could be anything like:

  • managing leads/customers
  • coordinating on WhatsApp
  • inventory issues
  • vendor follow-ups
  • approvals
  • staff attendance/tracking
  • reporting
  • billing/accounting workflows
  • paperwork/compliance
  • logistics
  • repetitive Excel work
  • etc.

Would be really helpful if you can share:

  • what industry/business you’re in
  • how you currently solve it
  • what existing software/tools are lacking

Not trying to sell anything, just genuinely researching problems worth solving instead of building random products nobody needs.

Built a micro SAAS on lovable

I was manually using searches like:

site.com "username"

to find public Instagram posts/reels indexed by Google, and eventually decided to turn it into a small side project:

https://insta-sparkle-search.lovable.app

The idea is simple:
enter an Instagram username and the app surfaces publicly indexed Instagram URLs from search engines in a cleaner way.

Current experiments:

  • reel/post discovery
  • cached search results
  • indexed URL filtering
  • archived/deleted public URLs
  • improving search quality

Tech stack:

  • Lovable for rapid MVP
  • serverless backend
  • search-engine-based indexing approach
