Im asking all Ventura county residents how much they spend on rent. My rent is now 2,500 utilities not included since moving out my rent went up 108.33% I use to pay 1,120 for a studio no rooms but utilities included except internet lived there for 14 years . Now I pay $2,500 for 2 rooms and I bathroom. 60% percent of my monthly salary goes for rent. How is the rest of the folks living here doing?

Everywhere is unaffordable over exaggerated in what they require. And you can't even buy a home either im tired I don't want to deal with it anymore ill live in my car like many Californians are doing

Somehow Antinatalism was brought up in a conversation and i said yes im antinatalist and my aunt said "so you don't want me to have kids" and I told her personally I wouldn't but you do you but she took my opinion on procreation as a personal insult and attack. I further elaborated on my standpoint I explained that living is a tragedy and greif is permanent. We talked about it once more last year on October and we fought about our standpoints never being resolved. But look at what happened 7 to 9 months later my grandmother her mother passes away and she cried uncontrollably. Knowing now what greif feels like will she still have kids so that one day she'll make her kids feel the greif she felt for her mother my grandmother? Maybe she won't and she'll be processing her kids if anything ever happens you never know life is that unpredictable. Could these questions now be going through her mind and what i was trying to tell her
I can't find the ventura county library on libby but I do see the oxnard one and santa paula one but my library card doesn't work on them. Do I have to get a different library card so it works? I saw online that all the county libraries work together but not on libby for the Ventura library and some surrounding cities.
Im thinking where I can get my fur child fixed she's 5 now and I dont want her getting any problems as she gets older she's my whole world and i want to find a vet that can take really good care of her needs
