Hi ! Is anyone interested in going to Baoli on the 17th and interested in splitting a package?

Hi, please correct me if I’m wrong but if 4-6 of us are trying to get a reservation for la guerite, shellona etc and the other db club places that are fully booked - surely one of us can get a membership and we split it?

So I parked in a car park in Newham today and paid using a parking app. Never parked in this car park before so as I was leaving I approached the warden/CEO in the car park and showed him the app confirmation page and asked I paid for the correct car park as there were two suggestions with the same name, he confirmed I paid for the correct car park. This bit of information is irrelevant but I’m just trying to paint a picture, I had every intention of paying correctly.

Come back to the car with good time and I see a yellow PCN on my windshield. I approach a parking warden/CEO (different one from earlier), he checked his device and explained to me and showed me that I paid for parking but I mistyped the O as 0 in my number plate and that’s why. He explained to me I can email Newham council and appeal it and mistakes like this happen all the time.

So I filed an informal appeal straightaway. Apparently they always get rejected. I have no idea what to do; if it gets rejected and I take it further do I risk having to pay the higher amount of the fine if I don’t win? How likely is it that it would be overturned anyway? I also have dyslexia, again, I know not hugely relevant but I can sometimes genuinely read an 0 as O and not realise.

I’ve not been in rep subreddits since Tony’s 1:1 jordan 1’s and repladies did 300 paragraph reviews - can someone pls help me me with some things:

- With seller details, why does everyone keep dm instead of just posting it? And why do people say dm’s are the easiest way to get scammed erm I’m not getting it? If it’s a fake number couldn’t u get scammed both ways even if they posted it publicly instead of dm?

- I read someone go on a tangent about how the factory’s don’t actually exist with those names and it’s a western buyer fad. I don’t really mind that bit but, it affects us if seller’s don’t consistently source from the same factory and you get discrepancies in results. You might ask for 187 factory and that day they might just be like we’re gonna just send this person a bag from X factory and you just wouldn’t really know? This brings me to my next point..

- I feel like SO many more people are purchasing reps this way. I don’t think majority of people actually know what they’re buying or what to look for and quite literally wouldn’t notice if they were sent a mid tier factory bag vs 187. So do sellers also perceive this lack of choosiness in buyers nowadays and have gotten more sloppy with what they send out??

- what is a group buy?

- why do sellers actually flood the subreddits and no one removes it where are the mods ? Do they exist? Where did the rep ladies veterans go did they just stop buying reps

- if you can’t trust the seller list where are you finding sellers? Posts? So, what are you just dming them and they send over the seller’s whatsaap? How are you trusting that?

- when ppl say you can’t trust sellers anymore I think worst case scenario is being sent nothing and getting blocked which I feel like is super rare. My concern is not having items sourced from the factory I’m asking or not getting the batch I specifically asked for, so as long as a seller consistently delivers specific batches I’m happy. How do you find them though?

- do sellers not have yupoo’s anymore so you can scroll through what they have or what the factory sells? What about store fronts on 1688 or wedian? How can I see all the different classic flap styles a factory makes or do you send an authentic of what you want and ask the seller if the factory has it ?

- seen so many qc posts where multiple people genuinely comment gl when even a non rep wearer could tell it’s fake, are people like okay ?

- why for certain ‘niche’ items, like a certain type of lv trainer let’s say, do people act like they know the seller and they co-develop it to get rid of the flaws like “oh I spoke to x seller and he said with the new batch he’s fixing the toe box” they’re very accessible and these same sellers only do that one product which is their bread and butter - THESE ARE THE BEST TYPES OF SELLERS but why don’t they exist for purses ? They only ever seem to exist for men !! And you get one consistent seller and that’s their batch, it’s so much easier.
