Best commonly available dark chocolate bar?
My current favorite is "Hu Kitchen" Salty dark chocolate. This is my go-to bar. Things I like about it:
- it is fair trade
- organic
- simple ingredients
- reasonably affordable
- widely available in my area
- great "snap"
- good, smooth texture
- delicious
Anyone else love this chocolate? What other great chocolate bars am I missing out on?
