ANA first class The Suite receives an overwhelming amount of hype because:

1. it’s flying to Tokyo, which is an extremely popular destination and,
2. it’s one of the best award redemption sweet spots via Virgin Atlantic.

JAL’s A350 first class much nicer with a 1-1-1 configuration and better food/drinks than ANA. ANA still has a 1-2-1 configuration.

Emirates Gamechanger first class, also on the 777 is better.

Same with Air France La Premiere first class, Singapore Airlines A380 first class, and ETIHAD apartments.

Even Lufthansa Allegris and Swiss first class are at the same level or better.

All of the other airlines with the exception of JAL, have way better lounges and ground experience than ANA too.
