I got an email about my account moving over to a new water payment site. When I went there it said the SSL cert is invalid. Did anyone else get this? I emailed Gwinnett county but haven’t heard back yet. I wonder if the email was a scam.

As the title says my wife has a rollover IRA. I make too much myself that I have to do a backdoor Roth to contribute to my IRA. We want to start maximizing IRA contributions for myself and my wife but we are not sure what to do with her old rollover IRA. She is currently unemployed and the IRA balance is roughly $2300 USD.
