Hello! I recently applied to the assistant store manager position at TJ Maxx and was wondering if anyone could give me any insight into the interview questions they ask? I have a phone interview on Thursday but I was told by my friend that works for the company that they would then call me in for a second in-person interview. If anyone could give me any insight into what questions to prepare for or what to prepare that would be great!
