I’m highly allergic to peanuts and tree nuts and have been for 11 years. I have so much anxiety around food and am looking to lessen the chance of reaction and gain some peace but am nervous about a lifelong shot.

So.. those on Xolair how is it? Has it helped and what have your side effects been?

Im looking for a daily shampoo and conditioner that is nut free. I’m struggling to find a brand that doesn’t say anything may contain trace amounts. Does anyone know of anything good that won’t ruin my hair?
