Do I continue in my process of converting to Judaism?

Dear r/ReformJews,

I have been on a spiritual journey with God in pursuing the Jewish faith through my local Chabad and Hillel at university, but recently moved to a new community and haven't yet connected with the Jewish community here. My family history is in Jewish faith on my paternal side, so I felt in my adult life I wanted to connect with Judaism to honour my family, I have worked for a Jewish organization that does Holocaust education, and even done a trip to Auschwitz, but still have had an incredibly hard time in the community. I think the next step in life is going to Israel, and wanted to make Aliyah, but I don't have all the required documents (some of them lost to time), and my family's support in this. Any advice?

24F Almost 25, Need A Path

Dear r/findapath,

I am having a really hard time after graduation. I never expected this. My degree took six years because of interruptions and life hurdles due to COVID. I got an English degree. Luckily, I have over 9 years of experience in the education field through tutoring, summer camps, etc. I have been living at home and working seasonal jobs for the past year, and essentially, my income is below the poverty line. I have been applying and applying to entry-level roles; applying and applying, but to no avail. I need to decide if I wanna go back to school and become a teacher; I have also applied to the army. I could try for a PhD too and become a humanities professor. Otherwise, I am looking to take the TOEFL to teach internationally. Thoughts?
