I've been having trouble against Fizz in the mid lane. I feel like he wins every single trade against me and can completely deny my CS, making me 100% useless in the game. Some tips about runes, items, and how I can deal with him would be great!

How do you deal with the Tryndamere matchup? I mean, laning phase is fine—I take Exhaust and just let him push into my tower during the first few levels. Sometimes I even win the lane and kill him. But once the laning phase is over, I feel absolutely lost.
If I try to 1v1 him in a side lane, he easily kills me with his ULT. But usually, none of my teammates can deal with him in the side lane either. On top of that, if I try to group with my team, he just eats my entire base and Nexus.
What the fuck am I supposed to do?

I have a bunch of questions about Gwen's itemization in the top lane. There are so many options right now that it's driving me crazy.
What item should I rush first? When is Dusk and Dawn (DnD) a better option than Nashor's? Is there a scenario where Riftmaker is actually worth it? Also, is Lich Bane a good choice for Gwen top, or will it make her too squishy? If I go Lich, is it viable to pair it with DnD or Riftmaker? DnD + Nashor is a good choice?
Right now, I'm testing DnD + Shadowflame + Rabadon's, but I'm not sure if that's the best path for her in the top lane.
I've only been playing Gwen for a month, so if you guys could clear up my doubts, I'd be super grateful!
